Christmas Eve

Having fun with Hanna

Marlee & Daddy putting out Reindeer Food

Today we went over to Chris' parents to have Christmas with his family. Marlee got lots of clothes, 2 baby dolls and a Thomas the Train (her favorite). Here lately she has really been into choo choo's and wanting to watch it on TV all the time. I think I heard a rumor that Santa may bring her a Thomas dvd so then she could watch it anytime.
After we got back home we all went out in the front yard so she and her Daddy could put the reindeer food out. She brought this home from her school party the other day. The reindeers can snack while Santa is in the house putting out the gifts.
We hope that everyone has a great Christmas with their families and that everyone remembers the true reason for the season. Merry Christmas!!

Christmas with the Ingram's

Opening Presents

Meagan & Marlee (2 cuties!!)

This past Saturday we went up to Athens, AL to have Christmas with my Dad's side of the family.

Daycare Christmas Party

Marlee's daycare class had their Christmas party this past Thursday and they all wore these shirts that they made. I took this picture of her before heading out the door that morning and she had probably only been awake about 20 or so minutes.

1st Christmas Gathering

We had our first Christmas get together of the season last night at Mom's house with my Gran. We all had a great time and a big thanks to Paige and Jeremy for bringing their Wii. It was a huge hit. We all had fun playing it.

Ho Ho Visit

We took Marlee to Brookwood Mall today to see Santa (or Ho Ho as she calls him). She always seems so excited when she sees pictures of Santa so we thought she would do great, but as you can see in the picture below she sort of froze up. She wouldn't let go of my hand so I had to stand there beside them. Before we went we would always ask her what she was going to tell Ho Ho she wanted him to bring her and her answer was always Mo Mo's (or motorcycles). Of course since she froze up when it was time to see him she didn't say a word to him. I sure hope Santa can read minds.

Pre-Game Meal

Marlee thinks the Auburn football team should have a cupcake before the game. Then they'd be ready and hyped up on sugar.

Iron Bowl 2007

Marlee says "Go Tigers, Beat Bama". She is predicting that the Auburn D will have John Parker Wilson dazed and confused.

Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with our families. We first went to Chris' parents and then over to my parents. We definitely had our fill of Thanksgiving food.
We thank God for the many blessings in our lives!!

I hate to admit it but this is one of Marlee's favorite shows along with Ninja Warriors. I think she loves it because of the theme song. I wanted to post because we got a visit from these guys the other night after Marlee called 911 while playing with the phone. I had gotten off the phone with my mom and Marlee got it from me. Later I picked it up from the floor where she left it and put it on the charger. Well about 15 minutes later we get a call from the 911 dispatcher that they had received a call from our number. Chris told them it must have been our little girl playing with the phone. Well then about 10 minutes after that the door bell rings and we have two county cops at the door saying they needed to check out everything. We let them in to see the culprit who had a smirk on her face the whole time. I guess we will have to do a better job of keeping the phone away from her now.

Weekend of Birthday Parties

This weekend Marlee had two birthday parties to attend for her friends. On Saturday we went to Jump Zone for Allie's 2nd birthday party. This was our second weekend in a row to go to Jump Zone but Marlee definitely didn't object. She loves that place. We hope Allie has a great day on her actual birthday, 11/8.
Also, we would like to wish Braelyn Wheless a Happy 3rd Birthday. Her birthday was 11/2 and she had her party today.

Halloween - Fall Festival

Last night we went to Gardendale First Baptist for their fall festival. Marlee had lots of fun riding all the different rides.

My Little Pumpkin

Here is Marlee picking out her pumpkin at the Pumpkin Patch in Hayden on Sunday.

Jump Zone

This past Saturday we went to Jump Zone for Michael's b'day party and Marlee had a blast jumping in the moon walk with Grammy. My mom is probably going to kill me for posting this picture of her but oh well. I thought it was funny because her and Marlee had almost the exact look on their faces. We get to go to Jump Zone again this Saturday for Allie's birthday party. This time Daddy will be with us and he will get to have all the fun with her.

Auburn Tigers & Halloween Costume

What in the world was Auburn thinking on the final kick off last night. That lost the game for them. Also, it seemed as though the refs were in favor of LSU with some of the calls. I swear this team is going to wind up giving me an ulcer this year.
I also have a strange feeling that Jennifer probably didn't make it through the whole game. I am betting she fell asleep before it was over. If that's the case then I'm blaming the loss on her. Just Kidding Jenn!!
Marlee's halloween costume that I ordered arrived yesterday. She is going to be a kitty cat. Below are some pictures of her when we tried the costume on. Now we are practicing her Meow.

Carousel Ride

I believe these pictures show just how much Marlee loved riding the carousel. I thought she was going to have a meltdown both times it was over. Luckily I could come up with something to divert her attention.

Boo At The Zoo

We met Jennifer, Bill & Allie at the zoo on Sunday for Boo at the Zoo. The girls had lots of fun playing games for prizes, jumping in the jumpy thing and riding the train and carousel.
We wanted to take this picture of the girls together by this pumpkin before we left. I love the look on Allie's face. I don't think she was too fond of the pumpkin.

Daddy's Little Girl

Here's a pic of Marlee with Chris on the riding lawnmower today. She has all of a sudden become such a Daddy's Girl. She always wants to know where he is and what he's doing. I'm really glad that they are beginning to form this special bond.
On another note, I had to be away from my baby for most of last week. My work had our annual investment conference in Nashville. Thanks to Grammy & Papa Hoot for taking care of her while I was gone. It was the first time I had been away from her for more than one night and she really seemed to change in just those few days of being away.

Little Princess

Here she is the queen of our house. Marlee spotted her new princess night gown the other night and just had to have me put it on her. She's quite the character sometimes.

Post Party Fun with Daddy

Since Marlee had no nap before her party today I was sure that she would pass out on the way home. She proved me wrong and was even more wound up once we got home. I guess she was going on all that sugar. She finally crashed around 7:30 and I'm sure she'll sleep good as I will too.

Thank You Gran, Beth, Hayden & Kelley

Marlee absolutely loves her swing set. She was so excited when got home from the party to play on it. You guys definitely went above and beyond on this one. Thanks again and we love you!!

Party Time!!

We had Marlee's 2nd birthday party today. Thanks to all of our family and friends who came to celebrate. Marlee's actual birthday will be on Tuesday and she will have a party at daycare with her school friends that day. Our little angel is growing up way too fast. It seems like just the other day that we were bringing her home from St. Vincents.

Loving on Noodles

Here is Marlee hugging on Noodles the other night. I swear I think she loves this dog more than she does me and Chris. As you can tell Noodles looks real thrilled but she tolerates her little sister.

Playing at the Park

This past Saturday we went and met Grammy to play at Celebration Park in Gardendale. This is a really nice park that just opened earlier this year. Marlee will be having her 2nd birthday party there this Sunday. Thankfully, they are forecasting the high that day to be in the mid 80's so it should be a really nice day.

Friends

We took these pictures down by the lake. We told Marlee & Allie to hold hands while walking and they looked so sweet.
Even though the Tigers won last weekend they didn't look too good. The girls are going to have to cheer a little harder tomorrow night when Auburn plays South Florida.

Watch Out!!

Allie and Marlee were ready to ride on the golf cart last weekend before the Auburn and Kansas State game. We took them down to the park & lake in my parent's neighborhood to play before the game.
Allie really looks like she knows how to drive.

Are You Ready For Some Auburn Football?

Well we are here in the Diliberto household. Only one week until Auburn football kickoff. Marlee is ready to wear her new Auburn dress for the game and show off her cheerleading skills.
