Beach Beauty

We took these pictures of Marlee on the beach the last night we were there. She is wearing her Hula Girl dress that we ordered from Granny B. I think it looks adorable on her. It is so hard to get good photos of her since she is never still. A girl always on the move. It is hard to believe my baby girl will be 2 in a about a month. She is growing up way too fast.

Miss Drama Looking All Sweet

These pics were taken the night we went to eat at Captain Daves Restaurant. This is our favorite seafood place in Destin. We had a couple of meltdowns during dinner and got a few looks but Grammy took charge and got her under control. Marlee has definitely entered the terrible two's. We may need to call Nanny 911 soon. I have no idea where she gets her temper from. The pictures were taken before and after dinner back at the condo. She was definitely in a much better mood than she was at dinner. Of course, we were outside where she always wants to be.

Fun at Kiddie Kountry

Marlee had a blast riding on the swings and the airplane at Kiddie Kountry. We also rode the merry go round and the train. Mommy & Papa Hoot also got to ride the go carts. No trip to the beach is complete unlesss you have some go cart racing.

Playing Hard at the Beach

Marlee absolutely loved playing by the ocean in the sand. She worked hard with her bucket and shovels.

I need to remember and do better at this blogging thing and post more often. To catch up here are some pics from the past couple of weekends. A couple of weeks ago we went and met the family at the Peach Park in Clanton to have a get together for my grandad's birthday. Marlee had a blast playing on the playground there and eating some peach ice cream.
This past weekend we met up with Jennifer, Bill & Allie at the zoo.. It was extremely hot so the girls had fun playing in the fountain. They then were content to be strolled around the zoo and take in all the sights.
I am off work this coming week for a much needed vacation. We will be leaving Thursday to head to Destin with my parents, Marlee's Grammy & Papa Hoot (or Poot Poot as she calls him). I'm sure I will have tons of pics to post when we return.
