Pajama / Pizza Party

Marlee's daycare class had a pajama/pizza party at school yesterday but since Marlee tested positive for walking pneumonia Thursday she wasn't able to go. So I told her that we would have pizza for lunch yesterday and stay in our pajamas all day. In the first picture she is on the couch still looking pitiful. The next picture shows her a little more perked up doing some dance moves. We're praying that the meds work and she is better soon. Hopefully she can go back to school Monday.

When It Rains It Pours

It is not even the end of January yet and we have had to buy a new stove. Then this past Monday our heating unit was blowing cold air so we had to get someone to come out and look at that. Well he had to order a new pilot light kit and it wouldn't be in until Tuesday. Since we had no heat Monday night we all had to bundle up and sleep by the fireplace. Marlee was a little freaked out at first by the fire but finally got okay after we explained over and over that it wouldn't come out of the fireplace and hurt her. Here are a couple of pictures I took of her and Noodles the next morning still sleeping by the fire. You can't really see Marlee's face that well because I tried to make sure she was covered up good to stay warm.

No Snow At Our House.......

So we had to pack up and head to Grammy & Papa Hoot's so that Marlee & Noodles could check out the snow.

Marlee is in the copying stage now. This is her and Chris doing their push ups tonight. I think they may both be training to be on Gladiators.

Miss Hollywood Being Daring

Lately, Marlee is obsessed with the sun being bright and wants to wear her sunglasses anytime we are outside. Here she is climbing up her slide from the bottom instead of using the ladder. She's our little dare devil.
